Five hospitalized after head-on collision in Lincoln

LINCOLN, R.I. (WLNE)- Five people were taken to the hospital following a head-on collision in Lincoln on Wednesday morning.
Lincoln Police Chief, Brian Sullivan told ABC6 that all five people sustained non-life threatening injuries.
An ABC6 photographer at the scene was able to spot at least five ambulances on Old Louisquisett Pike.
Chief Sullivan said that the driver of the grey care crossed the double lines and crashed into the darker colored car.
First responders from the Lincoln, North Providence, and Pawtucket fire departments were at the scene of the crash.
The scene had since been cleared.
