Worcester fallen firefighter gets support from Providence Fire Department

WORCESTER, MASS. (WLNE) – About a hundred Providence firefighters boarded their buses to Worcester for a final salute to Lt. Jason Menard.

The father of three died last week in a fire after saving two crew members.

 

They joined the procession of firefighters at St. John’s Church for Lt. Menard’s funeral, as well as unity for the family and the Worcester Fire Department.

All of the officials were men and women who were off-duty, showing their support and respect.
