CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WLNE): Four families are displaced because of a triple-decker house fire in Central Falls on Summer St. around 7 p.m. on Saturday.

Fire officials believe the fire started on the first floor of the four-family home.

Everyone inside the home made it out safely without injuries, according to the Battalion Chief.

National Grid was at the home cutting power and gas so that firefighters would stay safe while extinguishing the fire.

The chief said weather conditions made it difficult for firefighters. The stairs started to become icy due to the cold.

The cause is still under investigation.

The Red Cross is helping the four families- nine adults and six children.
