Police name boyfriend person of interest in missing woman case

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- Police have now labeled the boyfriend of a missing 22-year-old as a person of interest.

Gabby Petito was last seen in Wyoming last month, while on vacation with her boyfriend Brian Laundrie.

Laundrie returned home from the trip by himself on September 1.

Petito’s family said that she had stopped communicating with them in late August.

The family reported her missing on Saturday.
