Rep. Morgan named first female House Minority Leader

For the first time in Rhode Island politics, a woman will serve as the House Minority Leader.
Republican West Warwick Representative Patricia Morgan will succeed Brian Newberry, who is stepping down.
Morgan was voted to the position by caucus earlier this week.
She’s known for speaking out for fiscal and ethical reforms.
