Muscular Dystrophy Association holds annual dinner

Doreen Scanlon emceed the Annual Muscular Dystrophy Association Awards Dinner Thursday night.

The event was to honor the volunteers who help the agency throughout the year.

Dozens of firefighters who "filled the boot" also helped collect tens of thousands of dollars for the organization.

The dinner was held at Wright’s Chicken Farm.
