Cranston Crash Shuts Down Route 10

CRANSTON, R.I. — A four car crash shut down Route 10 near Reservoir Road early Thursday morning.

The accident near exit 3 happened around 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning.

Cranston fire officials say they are not sure how the crash happened, but one car was broken down on the side of the road when another car came and hit it along with three other vehicles.

Three people were sent to Rhode Island Hospital with minor injuries.
