UPDATE: West Warwick man turns himself in on warrant

A man wanted for failing to register as a sex offender has turned himself in.
38-year-old Jeffrey Smith was wanted by West Warwick Police.
Smith is a Level 3 sex offender convicted of 1st degree child molestation.
Police say he turned himself in on Tuesday.
