Boston, Mass. — A Warwick terror suspect is scheduled for a plea hearing at the U.S. District Court in Boston later Thursday afternoon.

Nicholas Rovinski was arrested in June of 2015.

His attorney said Rovinski will take responsibility for all his conspiracy crimes including plotting to kill police officers and writing to his co-conspirator about how to be-head “non-believers.”

Both crimes happened behind bars.

Rovinski was initially charged with trying to be-head conservative blogger Pamela Geller.
