No criminal charges against driver in fatal Peter Pan accident

Providence Police announced there will be no charges against the driver of the Peter Pan bus involved in a fatal accident in Kennedy Plaza.
Matthew Reidy of Taunton, Massachusetts was behind the wheel of the bus that struck 30-year-old Michelle Cagnon last month.
Cagnon, of Cumberland, died of her injuries.
An investigation and reconstruction by police and the RI Attorney General’s Office concluded that Reidy will not face any criminal charges.
