Massachusetts Walgreens installs drug disposal kiosks

Massachusetts is continuing their efforts to combat substance abuse by teaming up with Walgreens to install kiosks across the state for disposing prescriptions.

Governor Charlie Baker announced the project Wednesday.

These kiosks will provide a safe way for people to throw out their unwanted or expired medications.

Those kiosks are located in front of Walgreens stores in Fall River and East Boston among other locations.
