West Valley Inn up for sale again

The West Valley Inn is up for sale, again, after the deal with a local restaurant owner fell through.
The owners of the popular wedding venue say the sale to Frank DiBiase, who owns the Spring House on Block Island as well as several other restaurants, did not go through.
The venue is now back on the market as 50,000-square feet of building on 12 acres of land in West Warwick. The listing, with Butler Realty Group, says it contains four businesses: "Soup & Sauce", or take-out; Catering; Banquets/Events & Family Style Restaurant).
It’s listed for $1.5 million.
