Church in Johnston robbed of four chalices

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WLNE) – Police are trying to find the man responsible for stealing several chalices from Saint Rocco’s Church.

Police say the theft happened Tuesday around 1 p.m.. The suspect is a white man who is believed to be in his late 40s, and 5’8 tall.

The suspect was wearing blue jeans and a dark colored jacket on video surveillance during the theft.
