Husband backs over, kills wife with car in Quincy

QUINCY, Mass. – According to police, a Massachusetts woman was killed when her husband backed over her with a car in their driveway.

Authorities say the incident was reported shortly before 2:30 p.m. Friday and that woman died from her injuries.

Her husband was brought to a hospital because he was distraught.

Officials say the couple is in their 50’s, but their names have not been released.

The incident is under investigation and an accident reconstruction team was examining the site.

No other details have been released.
