Man arrested after Attleboro stabbing, police say

ATTLEBORO, R.I. (WLNE) – Police arrested a 49-year-old man from Attleboro, who was accused of stabbing a 56-year-old man on Saturday morning.

The man was stabbed inside a home on Sixth Street around 11:30 a.m.

Police said Randolph Godwin stabbed the man in the leg.

He was brought to the hospital, but was expected to be OK.

Godwin was facing charges connected with stabbing.
