One hospitalized following Route 44 crash

LAKEVILLE, Mass. (WLNE)- One person was transported to the hospital on Tuesday night, following a crash between a semi-trailer truck and a car.

Rescue officials responded to the scene at Route 44 and Millennium Circle at around 6:30 p.m.

Crews at the scene determined that the driver of the car had suffered serious injuries during the crash and requested an ambulance to the scene.

The driver was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital.

There is no update on the driver’s condition.
