Longtime North Kingstown Teacher/Coach Joanne Fitts Passes Away

Longtime North Kingstown teacher and coach Joanne Fitts passed away Sunday. Her career spanned over four decades and she most recently battled through her illness to help the boys volleyball team win the state championship in 2014. According to her Facebook, Fitts was 62.
