Man stabbed in the neck in Providence

A man was stabbed in the neck early Tuesday morning in Providence.
Police say the incident took place on 386 Atwells Avenue at around 3 a.m. Tuesday.
28-year-old James Owens was taken to Rhode Island Hospital where officials say he is in stable condition.
At the moment, no arrests have been made and the incident is still under investigation.
