Brown University searching for X-rated voyeur

The Brown University Police Department is asking for help in identifying a male suspect seen spying on women by looking under bathroom stalls while is use.

Around 2:50 p.m. on Wednesday July 20th, a female victim observed a man looking under the bathroom stall as she was using the facilities at 1 Davol Square, Providence, RI.

Once spotted, the unknown male suspect fled the building in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as dark skinned, having short cropped hair, wearing a white T-shirt, dark sweat pants, and white flip flop sandals.
