5 men arrested in connection to Pawtucket shooting

Five men have been charged in connection to a road rage incident and shooting in Pawtucket last month.

On July 20, a report of shots fired and a road rage incident on Japonica St. led police to a home on Park St.

There, officers found several guns and arrested suspects believed to be involved in the Japonica St. incident.

Wednesday, police executed four search warrants, leading to charges against the following 5 men:

– Xavier Spooner, charged with: 3 counts of felony assault, 1 count of conspiracy and 1 count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence.

– Joshua DosSantos, charged with 3 counts of felony assault, 1 count of conspiracy, 1 count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and possession of a machine gun stemming from the July 20, 2016 incident.

– Christopher DosSantos, charged with1 count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, 1 count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, 1 count of maintaining a common nuisance, 1 count of third or subsequent offense of possession of narcotics, 1 count of possession with intent to deliver oxycodone, 1 count of possession with intent to deliver ecstasy.

– Jerremy Alves, charged with 3 counts of felony assault, 1 count of conspiracy and 1 count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence.

– Ailton Oliveira, charged with 3 counts of felony assault, 1 count of conspiracy and 1 count of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
