Young women in Providence are learning how to hack, design and code as part of a new camp in the area. The pilot program is called "Girls Go Digital.”

The girls range in age from 8 to 18 years. They spent Saturday at the RDW Group headquarters assembling their own DIY gamer kits, which they are able to take home.

The goal of the camp is to engage girls in activities that promote greater involvement in engineering and computing.
