A Brighter (and Warmer) Midweek Outlook!

It’s been a soggy day across Southern New England. Most areas around the Ocean State have seen between 0.25-0.50″ of rain, and there’s still a shower or two left to go before the night is over.

Expect mist & drizzle along the coast as well. If you’re doing any traveling west, toward areas of Western Mass and Western Connecticut, be weather aware! A line of thunderstorms will target that section of New England later tonight (around 8/8:30 PM or so), and could pack a punch. That line, however, will fizzle out by the time it reaches the Ocean State, the result being a shower or two for Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

We wake up tomorrow to temperatures on either side of 60 degrees, and plenty of sunshine to boot! It’ll be a mostly sunny, warm day with highs in the mid 70s for the coast, and upper 70s/low 80s inland!

Thursday will also be sunny and warm, with highs in the low to mid 80s!

Friday will be decent, but clouds creep in throughout the day. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70s.
