A Few Flakes For Southern New England

It’s a cold start to the morning but we’ll have some changes to the weather pattern over the next few days!

Starting with today, we’re waking up to the teens and highs will be in the upper 20s and low 30s. Clouds will increase throughout the day, and snow showers finally arrive with our next storm by late afternoon. This storm is moving largely to our south, and the impact will be minimal, especially in comparison to our last few storms. That said, those snow showers will leave us with a dusting in parts of South County, the South Coast, and the south shore of Massachusetts. The biggest impacts will be for the Cape and Islands, where a few inches could accumulate. Thumbnail Image

Friday will be a bit breezy, but we’ll have some sunshine for the afternoon. Temperatures will reach the low to mid 30s.

The weekend looks great! I’d say it’s one of the calmer weekends we’ve had in quite some time. Temperatures will hang in the mid 30s on Saturday with plenty of sunshine. Clouds will increase slightly on Sunday, but temperatures will be around 40 degrees.

Temperatures continue to increase day-by-day through the middle of this coming week. Our next chance of precipitation is with a small area of low pressure that might bring a few showers our way on Tuesday. We’ll have more details throughout the week!
