A few midweek hiccups before a spectacular weekend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The spectacular Tuesday weather will continue into Wednesday.

Sunny skies will be met with temperatures in the 70s tomorrow, about 3-5° cooler across the board.

We will have to keep our eyes to the sky between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. for a few pop-up showers or thunderstorms, but the majority will not see these.

Thursday is likely our only truly bad day of the next week, with cloudy skies and showers.

Temperatures will also be cool, in the 60s.

Friday gets back to sunshine and temps around 70 and will keep up a sensational stretch of weather through the weekend and into early next week.

Over that stretch, temperatures will warm through the 70s into the low 80s.
