A Few Showers, Then Back To Sun!
It’s been a windy but otherwise nice day here in Southern New England!
Wind gusts keep up through the evening, and more clouds move in as well thanks to a cold front approaching us from the west. Eventually, that front will reach us, bringing a few showers very early Wednesday morning, with a lingering shower or two possible during the Wednesday morning commute. Lows will only be in the mid 50s to low 60s.
It’s not all bad news for Wednesday though! Our cold front moves away mid morning, which will lead to clouds decreasing and more sunshine in the afternoon. Temperatures will still be quite mild in the upper 60s and low 70s. That said, it’ll stay windy, with gusts in the 20s throughout the day.
Thursday looks nice as well. It won’t be as windy, but it’ll be “average”, with highs in the low and mid 60s. We’ll also see plenty of sunshine.
Friday brings more changes with a small area of low pressure scooting through New England. This area could have just enough energy to bring us a shower, or even an isolated rumble of thunder during the day. A larger area of low pressure is on track to bring more widespread showers back to Southern New England on Saturday.
