A Former Lakeville Fire Lieutenant is now facing attempted-rape charges

A former Lakeville Fire Lieutenant, who was charged with raping one of his employees, is now facing an attempted-rape charge from a second accuser.

Lt. Tom Dunlevy was charged with rape, procuring liquor for a minor assault and battery, and witness intimidation back in march.

Now, just after being indicted, Dunlevy has been accused of attempted rape by a second male.

The incident took place back in 2010.

Dunlevy pleaded not guilty to the earlier charges.

He will be arraigned in Brockton Superior Court on the new charges later this summer.
