A gloomy start to the weekend but nicer weather quickly builds in
The weekend isn’t all bad, but it starts off on a soggy note. Rain will develop towards daybreak, lasting through the midday hours before tapering quickly into the early afternoon.
Clouds will break for a little sun. Highs will approach 60°. There could be a few scattered showers around sundown as a post-frontal trough moves through.
Skies clear at night as high pressure builds in, but it will be chilly Sunday morning, in the 30s! Plenty of sunshine is expected Sunday and seasonable highs near 60.
This pleasant trend will continue through Tuesday before we bring a chance of showers back for Wednesday.
We will see several chances of frost during the mornings next week, so don’t but the heavier jackets and ice scrapers away just yet! Have a great weekend. –Geoff
