Monday will be the nicest day of the week
High pressure currently centered over the Great Lakes will keep us on the dry side through Tuesday as it slowly lifts northward into Canada. However, this will be the cause for cooler than normal temperatures, low 50s, through the upcoming week. As winds turn more Northeasterly during the week a lot of clouds will be around that can also create an isolated shower on the Cape.
Later in the week we will be seeing a significant storm coming up the Appalachians for Thursday into Friday morning, bringing periods of wind-swept rain. At the moment it does look like this system will lift through the area during Friday to allow for some drying by the trick or treating hours, but it will remain windy into Saturday.
