A series of vigils to be held in Providence for Orlando

In the wake of the horrific mass shooting in Orlando, Governor Gina Raimondo, LGBT rights activists, amongst other community leaders, will attend vigils in commemoration for the victims.
The vigils are open to the public.
One of the vigils will begin at 8 p.m. Monday outside the Dark Lady on Snow Street. The group will then walk to the State House.
On Tuesday, the vigil is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at Roger Williams’s National Memorial on North Main Street in Providence.
Governor Raimondo is scheduled to be at the vigil on Tuesday.
