A Wish Come True hosts first Trunk-or-Treat event

COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — A Wish Come True hosted its first Trunk-or-Treat event on Friday.

The organization is a “wish granting” organization that grant wishes for children suffering from life-threatening illnesses.

Executive Director Mary-Kate O’Leary said that over 150 people attended the event at the organization’s office on Jefferson Drive.

She added that Bryant University students assisted with the event, that featured 26 trunks.
