Abundant Sunshine, Still Cold!

Abundant sunshine across the region.  Steady warming trend as of tonight.

The awaited cold shot of air embraces us today with plenty of sunshine and gusty winds.  Temperatures this afternoon in the upper-30s with wind chills from the teens in the morning to around 30 late in the day.  Clear and cold tonight with mild air in store for tomorrow, around 50° with sunshine.  Saturday will be another stellar day with sun and near 50°.  Ahead of a potential coastal storm, we’ll see cloudy skies on Sunday.  As of now, not expecting the rain and wind to begin to impact our area until Sunday night after midnight.  We may see strong gusty winds and a nice dose of rain on Monday, tapering off by Tuesday morning.  Cold and potential unsettled middle of the week if this system should meander.  Stay tuned…
