VIENNA (AP) _ Iran's foreign minister is hailing the nuclear deal reached between his country and world powers as a “win-win solution'' that builds a “new chapter of hope.''
Mohammad Javad Zarif says the agreement opens new horizons for dealing with the world's toughest problems.
He says the agreement “is not perfect for anybody,'' but nevertheless is a diplomatic triumph.
Zarif spoke Tuesday at the final negotiation session with his counterparts from the U.S., Britain, China, France, Germany and Russia. The deal was to be formally announced after the meeting.
