AG Neronha to join counterparts in Chicago to strategize in face of ‘unlawful’ Trump actions
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Rhode Island Attorney General Peter F. Neronha will appear alongside four other attorneys general at a Chicago Community Impact Hearing to discuss “the Trump Administration’s unlawful orders and actions.”
According to a statement from Neronha’s office, he will appear at the event at Plumbers’ Local 130 Hall Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. EST for the town hall portion.
He will be joined by fellow attorneys general Kwame Raoul of Illinois, Keith Ellison of Minnesota, Letitia James of New York and Nick Brown of Washington.
The forum will “allow members of the public to offer testimonials, which will help inform litigation strategies and discuss how to fight back against the Trump Administration’s unlawful orders and actions.”
