Ana Martinez’s family searching for answers

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — One year later, a Providence family is still searching for answers in the disappearance of a family member.

73-year-old Ana Martinez was last seen leaving her Curtis Street home around 5 a.m. Christmas day back in 2015.

In October of this year, officials found a body near the Woonasquatucket River in Providence in the same area where police searched for Martinez last year.

So far, that body still has not been identified.
