Another hot day Tuesday, humidity to remain high all week
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — July is doing very July things here in New England this week.
After a sweltering Monday, another hot day is on the way for Tuesday.
Low clouds and fog will be quite prevalent during the early morning hours. Some fog could be dense, especially near the coast.
Expect sun and clouds and highs around 90, but feeling much hotter with that yucky humidity.
Even as the temps dip back down a bit midweek, it will still be quite soupy.
Wednesday will be a mostly cloudy day, with a slight chance of a shower. Thursday looks to be fairly similar.
The remnant moisture from Beryl will work well far north of our area, but will certainly bring that tropical air into the Northeast.
Expect a better chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms from Friday into Saturday.
Sunday into Monday looks to be on the sunny side with temps rising back to 90° or higher.
