Appeals court to hear arguments to move Tsarnaev trial tomorrow

Thursday an appeals court will hear arguments to move the Marathon Bombing Trial out of Boston.
This hearing comes after repeated requests by the defense to move the trial.
Jury selection in the case began at the beginning of January and is taking much longer than anticipated.
Providence College psychology professor Dr. Tom Guilette explains some of the reasons why it’s been so difficult to seat a jury.
“There are enormous preconceived notions, biases, expectations and opinions already formed about this defendant. It is very hard to get people to look beyond that and to find people that don’t have an opinion and who don’t feel strongly about this case already,” said Guilette.
If the trial is moved the entire jury selection process would start again.
