Attleboro man accused of killing his brother to face murder charge

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — The man accused of stabbing and killing his brother on Memorial Day is due in court today.
51-year-old James McCormick will be arraigned on an upgraded murder charge.
McCormick was supposed to be arraigned on Friday, but the arraignment was postponed due to McCormick suffering from health issues.
On Memorial Day, police responded to a home on Melissa Drive to find McCormick’s brother Richard dead from multiple stab wounds.
The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office is continuing to investigate the case.
