A former UMass Dartmouth football player is out to prove he has what it takes to play for the New England Patriots.
All he needs is a chance to try out with the team.
23-year-old Abiola Aborishade says he has been standing outside the stadium an average of 7 hours per day over the last month, just waiting for coaches or players to give him an opportunity to show his potential.
So far, a couple of players have stopped to talk to him, including Malcolm Butler, who posted his picture on Facebook with a caption saying “#NeverGiveUP”
He says he’ll stay out there for months if that’s what it takes.
