Attleboro police arrest stabbing suspect

ATTLEBORO, M.A. – Attleboro Police arrested a local man on Friday for stabbing a man from Foxborough.

According to police, 26-year-old Wissam Greigeri stabbed a 27-year-old Foxborough man Thursday evening around 9 p.m. on South Main Street.

Greigeri was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

The victim was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries, and was released.

The identity of the victim has not been released.

Greigeri is being held on $5,000 cash bail.
