Attleboro Police searching for suspect after 11 cars were broken into overnight, one car stolen

ATTLEBORO, MA (WLNE) — The Attleboro Police Department is asking for help identifying the man above who is suspected of stealing a car and breaking into several others overnight.
Police said they responded to numerous calls of reports that their unlocked cars had been broken into and their personal belongings had been taken between Sunday night and Monday morning.
Police said that at this time one car was stolen and 11 cars were reported to be broken into.
The stolen car was an SUV that was taken from a driveway on Tanager Road, in addition, police said break-ins were reported on Crossman Avenue, Hope Street Extension and Claflin Street.
An investigation led to Police finding surveillance footage of the man in the pictures above who is suspected of the theft of the vehicle and the break-ins.

Police advise residents to secure their valuables and to lock their vehicles when not in use.
