Attleboro police seek unarmed robbery suspect

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in the identification of an unarmed robbery suspect sought after an incident at a city convenience store.

The suspect robbed the Cumberland Farms store on County Street Friday at 1:59 a.m., according to Attleboro police.

The suspect entered the store and handed the clerk a note demanding money from the register and was seen fleeing on foot toward the back of the store.

He is described by witnesses as a tall black male dressed in a dark-colored jacket, red hat and blue jeans.
