Attleboro resident wins $10 million lottery ticket

ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WLNE) — The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission said an Attleboro resident won the $10 million grand prize in the Bonanza Instant Ticket Game.
David Badejo Jr. won the ticket on July 29 at the Dairy Carousel on South Main Street.
According to Badejo, he had been asked to work overtime as a forklift trainer that day, but decided to go to the store and buy a lottery ticket.
He chose the one-time payment cash option for the prize and received $6,500,000, which is before taxes.
Badejo said he plans on buying a new car and going out to eat with the prize.
