Bacteria counts back to safe levels at Rhode Island beach

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) has recommended the re-opening of the swimming area at Conimicut Beach in Warwick Monday.

The area had been closed to swimming due to high levels of bacteria and RIDOH will continue to monitor all state beach water quality through Labor Day.
