Barrington Police arrest man on firearms charges

BARRINGTON, R.I. (WLNE) — The Barrington Police Department said it arrested a man for illegal possession of firearms.

50-year-old Hongnian Guo was found to be in possession of a two loaded P80 9mm ghost gun pistols equipped with a 27 round large capacity magazine, a loaded Sig Sauer .45 caliber pistol, and over $100,000 in cash while police where serving No Contact and Vacate orders against him.

Guo was arraigned and turned over to the Rhode Island Sherriff’s Department.

The department is still investigating the incident.
