UPDATE: “Bearded Bandit” Identified

Investigators say that they've caught the serial bank robber known as the “Bearded Bandit.” The suspect has been identified as 33-year-old Justin Worley. Worley will be arraigned in Taunton District Court on Thursday.
Police arrested the him at the Motel 6, off of Fall River Ave in Seekonk at about 2PM on Wednesday.
Officers from several different police departments in the area assisted with the arrest, including East Providence, which is where police say the”Bearded Bandit” robbed a Pawtucket Credit Union on Tuesday.
ABC6 News has been told that it was a search for 2–vehicles seen around the areas, where the “Bearded Bandit” struck, that led investigators to the Motel 6.
The “Bearded Bandit” hit 8–banks since his spree began in February, when he robbed a Bank of America that's less than half a mile from the Motel 6, where police arrested him on Wednesday.
A press conference to announce more details about the “Bearded Bandit's” arrest and crimes is scheduled to take place Thursday morning.
