Block Island Fire Department rescues cow that fell through ice

NEW SHOREHAM, R.I. (WLNE) — The Block Island Fire Department said that it rescued a cow that fell into a pond.

The department said that the cow was rescued from a pond off West Side Road around 1:30 p.m.
