Body pulled from water at India Point Park

Tuesday evening a couple of Brown University students were rowing a boat when they spotted a body.
It happened in the waters off India Point Park in Providence. Police say when they pulled the body out it was so decomposed it could not be identified.
Police on scene tell us they believe the body is that of an adult male but they are waiting for more information from the Medical examiner's office.
