Boston Bruins winger David Pastrnak announces death of newborn son

BOSTON, MASS (WLNE) – David Pastrnak, a star player on the Boston Bruins announced that his newborn son has died.

Pastrnak posted a photo on Instagram sometime after 2:00 A.M on Monday announcing the tragic passing.

“We have an Angel watching over us and we call him son. You will be loved forever”, the post read.

Viggo Rohl Pastrnak was born on June 17 and passed away six days later.

At this time, Pastrnak is asking people to respect his and his family’s privacy.
