Brady Sells California Home to Dr. Dre

Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bunchen recently sold their California mansion for $40 million to hip hop mogul Dr. Dre, according to Access Hollywood. They were originally asking for $50 million, and had the home listed since March.

It is listed at 18,000 square feet, and has 5 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a pool, a gym, a wine cellar and even a moat.
