BREAKING: Sexual abuse allegations surface at Moses Brown School

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — An alumnus of Moses Brown School in Providence has reported allegations of sexual abuse during the 1960’s to the head of the school, according to a school officials.
A communications representative for the school said that the claims involved two teachers who are now deceased.
In a letter sent to alumni, parents of current students and current and former employees of the school, Head of School Matt Glendinning acknowledged that a letter had been sent by the alumnus detailing the allegations.
Glendinning said he’s been in contact with alumnus and is disturbed by the allegations.
Due to an investigation currently underway, the school has not released the name of the alumnus or the teachers.
The school has also hired private investigation agency T&M Protection Resources to look into the allegations.
